With 21 wonderful film, Filmekimi once again is at Beyoglu Emek Movie Theatre. The heralder of the upcoming movie season, Filmekimi will present awaited works of master directors and awarded films from festivals such as Sundance, Cannes, and Venice.

Rachel Getting Married
Director Jonathan Demme, who won an Oscar with The Silence of the Lambs, competed for the Golden Lion at Venice Film Festival in August with his latest, a contemporary drama with an aggressive sense of humour about the return of an estranged daughter to the family home for her sisters wedding.
Additional Screening!
All tickets for Choke have been sold out. An additional screening on October 16, 24.00 was scheduled. Tickets will be sold at Gala prices (15 YTL).
Filmekimi opening party
The opening party of Filmekimi will take place at Ghetto on the evening of October 10, the first day of the event. Dedicated to the Chelsea on the Rocks film in the program, the young and progressive artists of the Turkish music scene will interpret songs about, written at or by musicians who stayed at Chelsea Hotel. Doors will open at 21.30 with Radyo Eksen DJs, who will be followed by a magnificent line up of musicians, Melis Danismend, Seha Can, Cana ankaya, Ceylan Ertem, Bora Uzer and Bedk, who will take the stage at 23.00.
